This comfortably furnished self catering holiday cottage has in idyllic location close to the River Tweed in the heartland of the magnificent Scottish Border country. Set on a working farm, it has a south facing garden with a panoramic view of the river valley and is within easy reach of many places of interest.

Meals can be arranged in the proprietors neighbouring Country Guest House, and are priced from £25.

The cottage comprises: Porch, kitchen with fitted units and dining area. Sitting room with open fire and sofa bed for alternative sleeping only. Double bedroom. Two twin bedded rooms, of which one is en-suite with bath and shower. Additional bathroom with bath and shower. Automatic washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, colour television, video, private garden with barbeque and furniture, pets by arrangement, easy walking access, Hotel/Restaurant just over 1 mile, shops 4 miles.

Prices including electricity, central heating, duvets with linen, towels, logs, fuel etc. from £300-£450 per week, short breaks from £250.
